On February 8, 2023, the Vietnam Engineering Consultant Association (with the support of the drafting agency, the Institute of Construction Science and Technology (IBST) – Ministry of Construction) successfully organized the online conference on National Technical Regulations on Classification of construction Works in construction design (QCVN 03:2022/BXD) and National Technical Regulation on Fire Safety for Houses and Works (QCVN 06:2022) /BXD). These are 02 new national technical regulations issued by the Ministry of Construction at the end of 2022, which are of great interest to organizations and individuals due to their specific nature and have had many shortcomings and problems in the past time. The conference was chaired by President Nguyen Thi Duyen, and Vice Presidents attended.
