On May 5, 2021, the Vietnam Engineering Consultant Association – VECAS was decided by the Minister of Construction (Decision No. 495/QD-BXD dated May 5, 2021) on the recognition of the Vietnam Engineering Consultant Association. VECAS is a socio-professional organization specializing in architectural practice that is eligible for the examination for an architectural practice certificate as prescribed in Article 26 of the Law on Architecture.

According to the Law on Architecture, recognized socio-professional organizations for architectural practice are eligible to be tested and granted practice certificates to individuals inside and outside the Association.

The Association would like to inform its Member units and individuals inside and outside the Association.

Decision 495-QD-BXD on the eligibility of workers of social-professional organizations in architectural practice to take the exam for the issuance of architectural practice certificates.
