The morning of December 20, 2023, the VECAS’s President Nguyen Thi Duyen awarded the decision to appoint the Chief of the VECAS’s Office to Engineer Nguyen Minh Hoang, according to the Decision of the Standing Committee. This is the recognition and trust of the VECAS’s Leaders with young engineer Nguyen Minh Hoang, who has made many contributions to the Association’s activities.
