FIDIC Contract training course (December 8 & 9, 2023) organized by Vietnam Engineering Consultant Association in Ho Chi Minh City has been completed. The program is compiled on the basis of FIDIC Silver Book 2017 and FIDIC Amendments 2022. This is also the type of contract that applies according to FIDIC’s recommendation that most risks are allocated to the responsible Contractor.
The training course focuses on the general structure of FIDIC contract forms, principles of effective application and focuses on Clauses in Contract Conditions for EPC/Turnkey Projects, Dispute Avoidance/Adjudication mechanisms. Dispute resolution, FIDIC’s guidance when drafting Particular Conditions…In the course, the contents of EPC contracts, Turnkey contracts, project quality management, construction contract dispute resolution…according to regulations always note the differences with FIDIC contracts in Vietnamese law, which need to be considered when applying appropriately. FIDIC’s latest 2022 amendments to the 2017 Silver Book have been updated to include the course content.
End the course, Participants receive a Certificate in Vietnamese – English issued by the Vietnam Engineering Consultant Association.
