With the support of FIDIC, Vietnam Engineering Consultant Association organized 2 Training on Contract Conditions for EPC/ Turnkey Projects (Silver Book 2017) in Hanoi (November 5 & 6). / 2019) and Ho Chi Minh City (November 8 & 9, 2019). The training course was built on the basis of the 2017 FIDIC Silver Book, referring to different terms compared to the 1999 FIDIC Silver Book. It created an opportunity to update and improve essential knowledge for participants in implementing FIDIC contracts in general, contracts for EPC / Turnkey projects in particular. The training also took the necessary time to help participants learn the basic contents of the Design – Build and Operate contract form (FIDIC Gold Book 2008).
The training course was developed by Mr. Zoltan Zahonyi, International Lecturer of FIDIC, currently Chairman of the Contract Committee of FIDIC. Attending the training course were state management experts in construction and bidding, engineers, architects, lawyers, leaders and experts from consulting enterprises inside and outside the Association, belonging to Investors, project management boards, economic groups, Vietnamese and international construction contractors, law firms, auditing companies, other organizations working in Vietnam and abroad …
At the end of the training, participants attended a certificate of completion of the training course issued by FIDIC and Vietnam Engineering Consultant Association.
