On July 30, 2021, a webinar on the Zoom Webinar platform to learn about the contents of Decree 15/2021/ND-CP detailing a number of contents on construction investment project management; contents of Decree 06/2021/ND-CP detailing a number of contents on quality management, construction and maintenance of construction works; Circular 06/2021/TT-BXD of the Ministry of Construction dated June 30, 2021 on decentralization of construction works and guidance on application in management of construction investment activities; learn some contents about practicing architecture under the Law on Architecture and guiding documents.
The seminar took place in the context of many provinces and cities social distancing due to the impact of the COVID-19 epidemic, but there were 285 engineers, architects, lawyers, managers of investors and construction contractors. construction, construction consultants, other experts across the country attended.
At the seminar, speakers from the Construction Management Department (Deputy Director Bui Van Duong) and the Department of State Inspection of Construction Quality (Dr. Le Truong Giang) exchanged and emphasized new contents. or supplementing or modifying compared to the previous one, helped attendees not only understand the overall content of the newly promulgated construction law regulations, but also the detailed contents were also presented by the participants. for clarification, including many contents on decentralization of new construction works promulgated by the Ministry of Construction. All questions submitted before or during the workshop were satisfactorily answered by the speakers.
Regarding architectural practice, President of Vecas Nguyen Thi Duyen focused on discussing important and concerned contents for individuals and organizations practicing architecture specified in the Law on Architecture, Decree 85/2020/ND-CP details a number of articles of the Law on Architecture and Circular 03/2020/TT-BXD stipulating architectural design documents and architectural practice certificates. At the same time, the Architects had asked many questions about their practice, which were also answered by the Vecas’s President, sharing useful information. In addition, Architects who fully attend the workshop will be certified by the Vecas with 1.7 CPD points.
