Construction investment cost management is always a hot topic of interest to organizations and individuals involved in construction activities and raises many questions for agencies assigned by the Government to preside over drafting and guiding.

In order to support the Association’s Member Firms and organizations, individuals to update new, amended and supplemented legal regulations on construction investment management costs, the Vietnam Engineering Consultant Association organizes seminar with the support of Construction Economics Department – Ministry of Construction. The seminar took place all day on October 8, 2021 in an online format, with 265 participants. Representative of the Department of Construction Economics, Mr. Ho Ngoc Son, Deputy Director of the Department and experts disseminated details of Decree 10/2021/ND-CP and guiding circulars issued by the Ministry of Construction. August 31, 2021:

– Circular No. 11/2021/TT-BXD guiding some contents of determining and managing construction investment costs;

– Circular No. 12/2021/TT-BXD promulgating construction norms;

– Circular No. 13/2021/TT-BXD guiding the method of determining the economic and technical criteria and measuring the work volume.

Many opinions and questions from the participating engineers and architects were answered and satisfactorily explained by representatives of the drafting agency, which supported individuals to update a lot of professional knowledge. and legal benefits.

After the seminar, Vietnam Engineering Consultant Association issued CPD Certificates to practicing architects with 1.7 CPD points.
