On July 20, 2019, Vietnam Engineering Consultant Association held a training course on Construction Consultancy Contracts in Hanoi by Mr. Nguyen Bac Thuy, Head of Contract under Construction Economics Department, Ministry of Contruction is the main lecturer. President of VECAS Nguyen Thi Duyen directly introduced the Client/Consultant Model Services Agreement (White Book 2017).
Many trainees from project management boards, consulting enterprises attended the course and actively exchanged and shared experiences in construction consultancy activities.
At the end of the study period, the trainees who have received the Certificate of Completion of the course are issued by the VECAS.
