Under support from International Federation of Consulting Engineers (FIDIC), Vietnam Engineering Consultant Association held 02 training courses on Clients/ Consultants Model Services Agreement at Hanoi city and Hochiminh city (from 19 to 223 September 2017). The training courses mainly focus on contents of Clients/ Consultants Model Services Agreement “White Book 2017”, Sub-Consultancy Agreement and Model Joint Venture (Consortium) Agreement between Consultants 2nd edition 2017.
Set of Agreements edition 2017 including Clients/ Consultants Model Services Agreement “White Book 2017”, Sub-Consultancy Agreement and Model Joint Venture (Consortium) Agreement between Consultants are the latest edition which have just been published in early of 2017. Vietnam Engineering Consultant Association is the first FIDIC National Association, who has been authorized and has completed translation and coordination for publishing the Vietnamese version of 03 above-mentioned Agreements.
The training courses are according to programme of FIDIC and performed by Mr. Vincent Leloup – Member of Contract Committee, FIDIC International Accredited Trainer, who directly participated into preparation of White Book 2017.
Participants are staff of Consultant Enterprises, who are either members of Association or others, Contractors, Clients and law Firms at Hanoi, Saigon and other provinces. Moreover, participants also included some experts from Ministry of Construction and Ministry of Planning and Investment.
Finishing training courses, participants received certificate for completion of the training course issued by FIDIC and Vietnam Engineering Consultant Association.
