On October 30, 2019, at the National Exhibition Construction center, Vietnam Engineering Consultant Association incorporate with State Authority of Construction Economics – Ministry of Construction held a training on Decree 68/2019/ ND-CP on Construction Investment Cost Management. The new Decree 68/2019 / ND-CP was issued by the Government to replace Decree No. 32/2015 / ND-CP.

At the training , Mr. Hoang Anh Tuan, Deputy Director of State Authority of Construction Economics, exchanged focus on new content, different from the previous contents in Decree 32/2015 / ND-CP. One of the new points of the decree is the scope of additional adjustments applied to PPP projects, clearly defining the responsibilities of entities in cost management; is a cost management principle that must be consistent with the project management method … Over 100 officials and engineers involved in cost management and management at the VECAS’s member of the Northern region attended and lively exchange. Exchanged opinions were developed by the State Authority of Construction Economics Leaders, the VECAS Leaders recorded and considered in the process of collecting comments on the draft circulars.
