Instead of reading a report, the 16-minute video clip about the VECAS’s activities from the VI Congress (October 2020) has fully and vividly demonstrated the VECAS’s activities, demonstrating the efforts, creatively, together to overcome difficulties through the COVID-19 pandemic of the VECAS and its Member units; demonstrate the contributions of Member units to the cause of construction and socio-economic development.

The Conference highly agreed on the VECAS’s action plan in 2023, which includes the dissemination of the implementation of the FIDIC Code of Ethics within the VECAS which is encouraged to apply to FIDIC Members globally.

At the conference, President of VECAS Nguyen Thi Duyen presented the Membership Certificate to New Member units; awarded the VECAS’s Certificate of Merit to the collectives and individuals of the Members who have successfully completed the tasks in 2022, the unit has many years of contribution to the development of VECAS
