March 26, 2021 at the conference hall of the Southern Bureau of Construction – Ministry of Construction, the Vietnam Engineering Consultants Association organized a training course for Southern member units on the Decree detailing a number of contents. on construction project management (No. 15/2021 / ND-CP dated 3/3/2021) and Decree detailing a number of contents on quality management, construction and public maintenance construction process (No. 06/2021 / ND-CP dated January 26, 2021). These are two new decrees issued by the Government together with the Decree on construction cost management (No. 10/2021-ND-CP) to guide some contents of the Law amending and supplementing a number of Article of Construction Law No. 50/2014 takes effect from 01/01/2021.
Attending the training courses , Mr. Hoang Hai, Director of the Southern Affairs Department – Ministry of Construction made a speech about the importance of organizing early training to disseminate the new content of the Decrees to private practice forces. problem; At the same time, he appreciated the Vietnam Engineering Consultants Association as the first unit in the country to organize training courses for two new decrees issued by the Government.
At the training course, Mr. Bui Van Duong, Deputy Director of Construction Management Department – Ministry of Construction directly presented the Decree detailing a number of contents on construction investment project management in the morning session and Mr. Ngo Lam, Deputy Director of the Department of State Inspection of Construction Quality – Ministry of Construction directly presented the Decree detailing a number of contents on quality management, construction and maintenance. Construction works in the afternoon session. Many of the questions of the attendants were frankly exchanged and answered by the Lecturers, not only useful for the conference attendees but also useful for management agencies in completing friendly, upcoming legal document guidance.
Association President Nguyen Thi Duyen, Vice President Hoang Don Dung, Vice President Pham Thi Bich together with leaders and 200 officers, engineers, architects … of the member units attended the training conference. .
According to the plan, the Association continues to organize training courses on Decree No. 15/2021 / ND-CP and Decree No. 06/2021 / ND-CP for members in the Northern region in Hanoi on April 2, 2021. and the Central Region in Da Nang in May 2021; training Decree 10/2021 / ND-CP on construction cost management together with Circulars guiding in the coming time.
