The supporting organization of the drafting agency is the Institute of Construction Science and Technology (IBST) – Ministry of Construction, on November 16, 2021, the Vietnam Engineering Consultant Association organized to introduce the contents of the National Technical Regulations on Fire Safety for Houses and Works (QCVN 06: 2021 / BXD) and National Technical Regulations on Apartment Buildings (QCVN 04: 2021 / BXD) have just been issued by the Ministry of Construction on May 19, 2021 in Circular No. 02/2021 / TT-BXD and Circular No. 03/2021 / TT-BXD. These are 02 National Technical Regulations that are practiced by engineers, architects and management agencies due to their specific nature and many inadequate and stuck people in the past time.

The National Technical Regulation on Fire Safety for Houses and Works stipulates general fire safety requirements for rooms, houses and construction works and is mandatory for application in all new construction phases, renovating, repairing or changing functions, and at the same time stipulates the technical classification of fire for buildings and structures, parts and components of buildings and works, rooms, building components and materials. construction material.

The National Technical Regulation on Apartment Buildings prescribes the technical requirements applicable to the new construction or reconstruction of an apartment building with a height of up to 150 m or with up to 3 basements, including apartment buildings built under construction. Residential buildings and mixed-use condominiums. For apartment buildings over 150 m high or with 4 basements or more, in addition to complying with this regulation, technical requirements and appropriate organizational and technical solutions must also be added. with specific characteristics of fire prevention and fighting of that apartment building, on the basis of standard documents that are allowed to be applied according to the provisions of law. These requirements and solutions must be approved by competent professional bodies. This regulation applies to organizations and individuals involved in construction investment, management and use of apartment buildings.

With the participation of more than 350 officials, engineers and architects across the country participating in online form, reporters from the Institute of Construction Science and Technology (Dr. Hoang Anh Giang; Master Truong Thi Hong Thuy; Master of Architect Nguyen Trung Thanh) discussed in detail the contents of the 02 Regulation, shared experiences and answered questions from the participants, which were evaluated as very clear and satisfying.
