In quite cold weather on December 23, 2023 in Mu Cang Chai, the Vietnam Construction Consulting Association delegation (President Nguyen Thi Duyen, Vice President Tran Duc Toan, Vice President Nguyen Hong Hai and representatives of sponsor) donated teaching and learning equipment to Che Cu Nha Kindergarten, belonging to Bong Sen Kindergarten, Che Cu Nha commune, Mu Cang Chai district, Yen Bai. VECAS and Association member units contribute to sponsorship: VINCONS, CITEC, VNCC, IBST, CIC, VIWASE, INNO, SISP, USCO, INCOSAF, CDCC, SOLCO.
The Che Cu Nha Kindergarten project (120 children) is funded mainly from the capital of the Japanese Embassy and local counterpart funds. Some project items are sponsored by a number of participating organizations to fully equip school facilities, of which the Vietnam Engineering Consultant Association contributes the largest funding package, including all tables, chairs, and lockers for children and teachers. Recognizing this sponsorship, the People’s Committee of Mu Cang Chai district rewarded the Association and Members participating in the sponsorship.

Vice Chairman of Mu Cang Chai District People's Committee awarded Certificates of Merit to the VECAS and Member units
On this occasion, the Association gave gifts to the children in the school, met with the Board of Directors and teachers of Bong Sen Kindergarten; attending the Decision Announcement Ceremony and awarding the Certificate of National Intangible Cultural Heritage of the art of flute, the art of using beeswax to create patterns on fabric of the Mong people in Mu Cang Chai district, Tram Tau district, Van Chan district, province Yen Bai.
At the meeting, the Association’s Leadership Board respectfully thanked the District Party Committee, Mu Cang Chai District People’s Committee, Che Cu Nha Commune People’s Committee and the teachers of Bong Sen Kindergarten.
