On November 27-28, 2025, the FIDIC Silver Book 2017 and Amendment 2022 Online Course organized by the Vietnam Engineering Consultant Association attracted the attention and participation of many organizations and individuals.

The course content is built in accordance with the FIDIC program, from an overview of FIDIC contract types to the main characteristics of EPC/Turnkey contracts, the typical provisions according to the FIDIC Silver Book 2017 – Amendment 2022 are presented in detail. The solutions with practical application in international and Vietnam, the notes compared to Vietnamese law have supported the trainees to supplement and improve their professional knowledge, skills and principles of effectively applying FIDIC contract forms, recognizing the risks when applying. Besides, the difference between EPC/Turnkey Contracts and other FIDIC standard communication systems is that the Vietnamese regulations are always given special attention by the Trainer to minimize risks when applied in Vietnam.
