On March 29, 2024 in Hanoi, the Vietnam Engineering Consultant Association organized a conference to disseminate the Law on Bidding 22/2023/QH15 and Decree 24/2024/ND-CP detailing regulations some articles of the Law on Bidding on contractor/consultant selection, with nearly 145 individuals participating. These are the new legal documents on bidding, replacing the Law on Bidding No. 43/2013/QH13.
