In two days August 16-17, 2024, the course “Model Service Agreement between Client and Consultant” was organized by the Vietnam Engineering Consultant Association with the contents in the 2017 Consulting Agreement Set of FIDIC in Ho Chi Minh City. In all courses on FIDIC contracts, “Correct understanding of FIDIC contracts to apply effectively in Vietnam” is always an important goal of VECAS to support organizations and individuals who have been, are and will use them. Use these contract forms in managing and applying to construction projects in Vietnam. This set of Agreement forms is not only of interest to consulting firms and investors, but also desired to be learned by construction contractors due to its intended uses.
