On the morning of December 22nd, 2025, Ms. Nguyen Thi Duyen, President of the Vietnam Engineering Consulting Association (VECAS), on behalf of the VECAS’s Leaders, visited and congratulated the Design Institute under the General Department of Logistics (DCCD) and the Aviation Construction Design and Consulting Company Limited (ADCC) on the occasion of the 81st Anniversary of the founding day of the Vietnam People’s Army. These are Members of the VECAS with extensive experience in construction consulting, making significant contributions to the development of the construction industry and the country in general, contributions to the VECAS in particular.

Over the years, the Design Institute has affirmed its role as a leading specialized consulting firm of the Army in surveying and design.

*Mr. Hoang Tuan, Director of the Design Institute under the General Department of Logistics, on behalf of DCCD, received a congratulatory flower basket from the VECAS.
