On the afternoon of August 14, 2020, the Federation of ASEAN Consulting Engineers (FACE) held an online meeting on cooperation in training and education among FACE’s members as initiated by the Malaysian Association of Consulting Engineers – ACEM).

The attendees were: President of Vietnam Engineering Consultant Association, VECAS – cum – FACE President; President of the Association of Consulting Engineers Thailand (CEAT); President of Malaysia Association of Consulting Engineers (ACEM) and Chief of Training Committee of ACEM; Deputy Secretary General of the Indonesian Association of Consulting Engineers _ cum_ FACE Secretary General.

In the context of the complicated COVID-19 epidemic, in order to enhance the benefits of the consulting engineers in FACE, members agreed to establish a Working Group (WK) and appoint the ACEM’s CTC is the Person in charge. The Working Group consists of members being nominated from FACE members and will propose relevant topics for training and education.
