Following the conference in Hanoi, the Vietnam Engineering Consultant Association organized a conference to popularize Law on Bidding 22/2023/QH15 and Decree 24/2024/ND-CP detailing a number of articles of the Law on Bidding on contractor/Consultant selection in Ho Chi Minh City, April 5, 2024.

New points of the Law on Bidding 22/2023/QH15 and detailed regulations on a number of articles along with implementation measures in Decree 24/2024/ND-CP were present by Mr. Hoang Cuong – Head of Bidding Policy Department, Department of Public Department, Ministry of Planning and Investment emphasized and paid attention to individuals attending the conference.

Through popular conferences in Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City and other upcoming areas, the Vietnam Engineering Consultant Association hopes to support individuals to update the latest information on new contents and regulations on bidding law have just been issued.
