On July 4, 2025, in Hanoi, the 2025 Executive Committee Meeting of the Vietnam Engineering Consultant Association took place with the participation of Executive Committee members nationwide. This is the 6th Executive Committee Meeting and also the final of the term 2020 – 2025, preparing for the 7th Congress (2025 – 2030) scheduled to take place in October 2025. Representative of state management agency, Mr. Pham Trung Giang, Deputy Director of the Department of Non-Governmental Organizations – Ministry of Home Affairs and experts attended and spoke at the conference. The 6th Executive Committee meeting reviewed, evaluated, commented on and approved two important activities of the Association:

Firstly, the meeting discussed, evaluated and approved the activities of the Association as stated in the Report on activities, financial revenue and expenditure in 2024 and the Plan on activities, financial revenue and expenditure in 2025 presented by General Secretary Hoang Ung Huyen; Report of the Association’s Inspection Committee on activities and financial revenue and expenditure in 2024.

Secondly, the conference reviewed and commented on reports and preparations for the 7th Congress: Report on the work of the 7th Congress Preparation Committee, Report on activities for the term and directions for activities for the 7th term, Personnel Organization Project, Election Regulations in the Congress, Congress convening plan…

With high responsibility, the Executive Committee members of the Vietnam Engineering Consultant Association reviewed and unanimously approved the Resolution, as a basis for submitting to the Ministry of Home Affairs and the Ministry of Construction for consideration and approval for the Association to organize the 7th Congress.
