On the morning of August 24, 2026, at the headquarters of Vietnam Electricity (EVN), the Vietnam Engineering Consultant Association (VECAS) and EVN jointly launched a FIDIC contract training program for EVN personnel.

Mr. Pham Hong Phuong, Vice General Director of EVN, attended and delivered the opening remarks. He emphasized that as EVN is investing in numerous large-scale power projects nationwide, it is crucial to update and enhance the knowledge of its staff regarding construction—particularly regarding international construction contract forms such as those from FIDIC—to meet the requirements of contract management in EVN’s power project investments.

The Trainer for the FIDIC Contracts training program is Ms. Nguyen Thi Duyen, President of the Vietnam Engineering Consultant Association.
