On May 15, 2026, in Da Nang City, the 2026 Executive Committee Meeting of the Vietnam Engineering Consultant Association took place with the participation of Executive Committee members nationwide. This was the second Executive Committee Meeting of the 7th term (2025 – 2030). Mr. Pham Trung Giang, Deputy Director of the Non-Governmental Organization Department – ​​Ministry of Interior, attended and spoke at the meeting. The Second Executive Committee Meeting reviewed, evaluated, commented on, and approved important activities of the VECAS:

Firstly, the meeting discussed, evaluated, and approved the VECAS’s activities as outlined in the Report on activities and Financial Revenue and expenditure for 2025 following the 7th Congress and the Plan on Activities and Financial Revenue and Expenditure for 2026 presented by General Secretary Hoang Ung Huyen; Report of the VECAS’s Inspection Committee on activities and financial revenue and expenditure in 2025.

Secondly, the conference reviewed, commented on, and approved the regulations and rules developed and finalized in accordance with the Charter (amended and supplemented) approved by the Ministry of Interior in Decision No. 522/QD-BNV dated May 13, 2026, and Government Decree 126/2024/ND-CP on the organization, operation, and management of associations.
