Two courses with the topic “Conditions of Contract for EPC/Turnkey Projects” according to the Silver Book 2017 and Amendment 2022 of FIDIC organized by the Vietnam Engineering Consultants Association (VECAS) in April 2025 in Ho Chi Minh City (04 – 05) and Hanoi (11-12) have received attention from employers, contractors, consultants, legal experts, etc. The course content was developed by VECAS lecturers in accordance with the FIDIC program, especially carefully on the overview of FIDIC contract types and the main characteristics of the contract type according to the FIDIC Silver Book 2017, emphasizing the important changes of FIDIC in Amendment 2022.
